Thank you for shopping with us at PetsOn. Due to the personalized nature of our products, which feature customer's pet photos, we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on our part or the item was damaged upon arrival.

Returns: We do not accept returns for personalized items unless there is a mistake with the order or the item is damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe a mistake has been made or if your item arrived damaged.

Refunds: In the event that we have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will offer a refund or a replacement item, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of the error.
